The Bible Says There Is Only One Way To Heaven
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life;
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)
What You Must Do To Be Saved
Pray to God in Your Own Words
1. Admit you are a sinner, and that only the Lord Jesus Christ can save you.
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)
2. Repent, be willing to turn away from sin and submit to God.
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our
Lord." (Romans 6:23)
3. Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross, shed His blood to pay the price for
your sins, and that He was buried and rose again from the dead.
4. Ask God to save you.
"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that
God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
(Romans 10:9-10)
5. Ask Jesus to be your personal Lord and Savior and take control of your life.
6. Realize you have a written guarantee of your salvation. (1 John 5:11-13)
